Your payment card data is guaranteed to be protected in accordance with PCI DSS security standards. Card details are entered on a secure bank payment page, information is transferred using SSL encryption technology.

Further transfer of information occurs through closed banking networks that have the highest level of reliability.

For additional authentication of the Cardholder, the 3D-Secure protocol is used for VISA and Mastercard and the EMV 3DS (Mir Accept 2.0) protocol for MIR cards. If the Issuer supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server to enter additional payment details. For the EMV 3DS (Mir Accept 2.0) protocol, there may not be a separate page for entering additional information to confirm the payment if automated authentication is performed on the card issuer side.

Cancellation policy

The User has the right to refuse the Services at any time before completion of the provision (acceptance) of the Services by notifying the Owner of the Trading Platform in writing by email or in User's personal account.

In case of unilateral refusal of services at the initiative of the User, the User is obliged to pay to the Owner of the Trading Platform the cost of the Services actually provided, as well as the expenses documented and actually incurred by the Owner of the Trading Platform in connection with the provision of the Services.

In case of unilateral refusal of services, the User has the right to use the paid Services until the end of the current period. Funds deposited by the User for the current period are not returned.

The Owner of the Trading Platform has the right to unilaterally make changes to these terms by notifying the User by email or in User's personal account at least 5 working days before the new version of the terms comes into force.

If the User continues to use the Services, the terms of their provision are considered accepted and are subject to execution by the User.
