• • How can I bid?

    In an auction without bid increments, the bid is made once. In an auction with bid increments, you can place an unlimited number of bids before the auction ends. To avoid tracking the bids of other auction participants, use the Autobroker function.

  • How does the autobroker work?

    Autobroker is a system that automatically increases your bid to a certain amount when it is outbid by other auction participants. To activate the Autobroker, go to the offering card and click the appropriate button. You can disable Autobroker at any time using the corresponding button in the trade offering.

  • How to choose a winner?

    In auctions without bid increments, the Seller chooses the winner. To do this, you need to open the offering card and select one of the participants using the relevant button. In incremental auctions, the bidder with the highest bid wins.

  • I won the auction, what should I do next?

    An invoice will be sent to your email address on the day the auction ends. After you pay the invoice, you will receive the address and time to accept the shipment. You are responsible for arranging the transportation of your cargo, but our staff can offer you assistance in selecting a transport company.

  • How to refuse to win an auction?

    Go to the "Transactions" section, select the auction which you would like to refuse to win. In the context menu, click the "Cancel transaction" button.

  • What should I do if the participant refuses to win?

    The Auction winner may refuse the transaction. Proceed to the refusal processing and pass the victory to the bidder with the nearest best offer using the relevant button. You can restart the auction if 3 next bidders refuse to win.
