• • What services does BirdsBuild provide?

    BirdsBuild is a universal tool for supporting commercial transactions. All service members can sell goods and buy them from each other in any quantity and in almost any available way. BirdsBuild provides: document generation, secure transactions, selection of offerings based on your interests, integration with warehouse and CRM, multi-authorization, autobroker, statistics, audit.

  • Reports and certificates on the provision of services

    In the "Balance" section, you can receive certificates of service provision by email within 10 days. You can also get information about all the reports that are necessarily generated twice a month as part of the agency agreement with BirdsBuild.

  • How does the rating work?

    The overall user rating is formed as a weighted average rating for both the buyer and the seller (the ratio of successful transactions to their total number is taken into account). When calculating the rating, transactions over the last 30 days are taken into account, with the highest priority given to the most recent ones. The rating is also affected by the total number of violations when working with the site. Users who have not signed the offer agreement are not rated and do not participate in the overall top.

  • How to complain about a member?

    To complain about a member, go to the "Transactions" section and select a trade offering. The context menu will have a corresponding button for this action.

  • How to contact the seller?

    To contact the seller, go to the "Transactions" section, select the trade offering of seller you want to contact. Click on the "Call" or "Write" button to start a dialogue on the BB platform.

  • How do I customize my interests?

    You can set up interests on the main page using the corresponding "Specify interests" button. Select the desired product categories and their subcategories. You can also set up interests by region, mentions, OKVED, OKPD and KSR. The selection can be found on the main page after saving interests.

  • What is Rich content?

    Additional infographics in the photo characterizing the product and highlighting its features. This format answers buyer questions faster. A site member can make the preview more interesting. Infographics can describe properties, advantages, or clearly demonstrate methods of operation.

  • How is the audit carried out?

    The audit is carried out on an individual basis. We find a specialist who understands the product items, and he also checks the compliance of the product with its declared condition, description and quality.
