    Open the Catalog in the upper left corner of the page. Here the search can be carried out using categories or Russian standard classifiers. You can also use the search bar at the top center of the page.

  • How to make a secure transaction?

    Secure transactions are carried out on the BirdsBuild platform: payment is made on the website, reserved in the account and transferred to the Seller after the documents are signed by both parties. To make a purchase through the “Secure transaction” service, you must have enough funds on your Balance. To pay, select a phone number or email to which we will send a code confirming the operation. To sell through the service, when creating an offering, select the “Secure transaction” payment format.

    BirdsBuild automatically generates transaction documents that need to be signed by both parties.

  • How to cancel a transaction?

    Go to the "Transactions" section, select the trade offering for which you would like to cancel the transaction. In the context menu, click the "Cancel transaction" button.

  • Who arranges the delivery? What types of delivery are available?

    When creating an offering, the Seller can specify one of three delivery methods: Seller's delivery, delivery to pick-up point, delivery by transport companies. Using the Parcel service, the buyer can specify the delivery location and other necessary parameters (for example, date and price) - the delivery aggregator will automatically calculate rates and select a suitable transport company.

  • How long can I pick up the goods?

    After payment and completion of the transaction, the Buyer has from 1 to 30 days, depending on the storage period, which the Seller determines when creating the offering.
