• • How to become a member?

    In order to become a member of the marketplace, you need to proceed to quick registration and verification. Registration is available both for companies (legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) and for individuals.

  • How long does registration take?

    User registration takes 1 minute, and counterparty registration and verification (accreditation) takes no more than 5 business days.

  • Quick registration

    All fields of the main registration form are required. You can complete the “Quick registration” by toggling the “Fill in later” slider. In this case, you will not be able to post offerings or make transactions. To fully work with the site, you must fill in all fields.

  • What is the difference between an enterprise and a manufacturer?

    Manufacturers are provided with special labeling, which clearly distinguishes their offerings from the ones of enterprises and individuals engaged in the resale of similar goods.

  • How does verification work?

    In order for members to be able to trust each other on the marketplace, everyone must be checked for reliability. Verification will be required to make transactions and publish your offerings on the trading platform. After quick registration, you can fill out the verification form or do it later.

  • Having trouble logging in?

    Make sure that your login, password or access code is entered correctly. If you are sure that the data is correct, contact support to clarify situation.

  • How to set a password?

    If you did not set a password during registration, you can set it later. In "My account", go to “Settings” and open the “Security” section. Switch the relevant slider, create and repeat a password. You can use the password generation function. To do this, click on “key” in the password entry field and select the generated password.

  • How do I change my password?

    In "My account", go to “Settings” and open the “Security” section. Change the password using the corresponding button.

  • How can I recover my password?

    At the authorization stage, request a code. After confirming it, you will see a list of accounts for which password recovery is available. Select the account you need and create a new password.

  • How many accounts can be linked to one number?

    For one phone number, you can register one account for a Private person or an unlimited number of accounts with a unique INN (TIN) as an Company or Manufacturer.

  • What is a multi-account?

    When registering multiple accounts, there is no need to log out of one account to log into another by re-entering your password or verification code. You can log in to all your accounts and switch between them. All available accounts can be seen by clicking on “My account” in the upper right corner of the page.
